Our Journey
Da J3rk Spot is more than a restaurant it’s a piece of our culture, our journey, and our heart served on a plate.
Founded in May 2020 by Vee, a Guyanese immigrant, U.S. Army veteran and mother, Da J3rk Spot was born during one of the most challenging times in recent history. What started as a way to create an opportunity for my family quickly grew into a passion for sharing the bold, soulful flavors of the Caribbean with our community.
Our food is inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Guyana and the wider Caribbean, with every dish prepared with bold spices, authentic flavors, and plenty of love. From our signature J3rk Chicken and house made J3rk Sauce to our Caribbean inspired comfort food, we want every bite to feel like an experience not just a meal.
